Hey! I'm Sam!
~ I am happily married to my best friend for over 25 years. We live in a small town outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and have 2 amazing children.  Most days, you'll find me in a messy bun and yoga pants in my garden, working out, recording music with my children, or enjoying good food with family and friends.  And I have a story...

As a wife and stay-at-home mom, I quit my Corporate America job to raise my children.  One day I woke up to the fact that both of them had become more independent and in the near future, I would begin a new season, saying goodbye to the hands-on parenting I had given my life to. Not knowing what that would even look like, I set out on a journey of discovery and the Lord called to mind a dream he had placed in my heart many years ago.

As a young adult, I struggled with my weight and after losing a baby at 30 years old, in desperation, I turned to my faith.  It was from this great loss, that I was introduced to a product that gave my body the nutrients and absorption I needed in order to release the fat once and for all. 

People noticed my results and began to ask me for help, so I decided to start a business as a health and transformation coach.  I fulfilled a desire to help people get life-changing results with nutrition, and poured into raising my children along the way.  I've maintained a 25-pound weight loss for over 20 years now, became an athlete in my 40s and I live a healthy active lifestyle that I love sharing with others.

I believe It's my responsibility to share the gift I've been given and that my message of hope offers the same possibility for others to walk in their God-given purpose.  So I dusted off that dream and made a decision to no longer settle for ordinary.  I knew I was made for more and I knew I had a solution for other women like me.  Together we would be the answer to prayer for others to dust off their dreams, make them a reality, and maximize our impact through health and transformation.

~ When I started my journey people would ask me if I really thought I’d even get results…they would say I was already in good shape. And they were right…kind of! I started this journey because a friend asked me to try a challenge. I am forever grateful I did!  I thought I was eating fairly healthy but then I learned the importance of macros. I had heard of macros but knew nothing about them or what I was supposed to do with them. I exercised but without any guidance, just doing my own thing at the gym. This system allowed me to lose 18lbs during the pandemic and gain muscle for the first time in my life! I learned about macros and how to exercise!  And I’ve gained a family with this community. ~ I’ve been into fitness from the age of 19- I’ve tried many programs and have always eaten healthy but had many unhealthy eating habits too. I could eat a whole bag of Doritos in one sitting almost every other day-hmmm. I was in shape but I wanted more. Once I started tracking my macros and making sure that I was getting enough proteins, fats, and carbs, changes came quickly. I’ve put on a lot of muscle over the past year and a half and thank the Community for helping me arrive at my fitness goals. I’m not done yet!!!
